This is a scene from Simple Plan that didn't make it into the film. Hank (Bill Paxton) is worried/paranoid that he will be found out by the police that he is hiding 4 million in stolen money that he and his brother and friend discovered in a crashed airplane.This sequence is played through Hanks POV. He is looking out his bedroom window when he notices a helicopter circling around. The sequence ends with Hank suddenly waking up in cold sweat in his bed. It was an anxiety dream.
It was a sequence that was boarded but never shot.I think it was a combination of a editorial and budget decision. The story did not suffer, the Director directed an incredible, memorable film.
